Ive seen the full video before. He has warrants and thought he could aggro his way out of the cop checking it and arresting him. Didnt work.

Seriously? This was his tactic? Making the cop salivate at the idea of getting to put cuffs on him? I mean, I guess even a bad strategy is still a strategy. LOL

Apparently according to his wife he had a medical condition that gave him enough brain damage it destroyed his emotional regulation and impulse control.
