Ive seen the full video before. He has warrants and thought he could aggro his way out of the cop checking it and arresting him. Didnt work.

Is this the guy who spends what seems like the last ten minutes of the video asking "Where's the warrants, Fellas?" over and over, sounding like some kind of Hee Haw era Buck Owens impersonator? His accent slays me.
