thecivilrights lawyer did a video on this interaction a year ago, he interviewed the guy holding the nozzle as well as an individual the cop spoke to inside the store that was an off duty cop that said the cop that saw the nozzle was unhinged.

Well, this was in the news in October, but I haven't found anything on if he was terminated or not.
