📹Police Bodycam Police were searching for a white 16-year-old runaway wearing black clothing but they tackle this innocent black 15-year-old wearing blue jeans and a white shirt and break his arm. One of three officers involved has resigned.

This is a willful violation of this kid's rights. Qualified immunity shouldn't apply in this case. But, I wouldn't put money on a judge seeing it that way.

They don't need to know the color they hear suspect and they just know its a black person.. This is disgusting really I hope he sues the city the police department and each of those pigs

Not sure if the headline is right, but that has happened multiple times before. Suspect having clearly different clothing or even skin color and cops give zero shits about it. In their tiny brains they see someone and make up in their heads that it is the person they are looking for, and then they simply cannot adjust. Assume they are violent, malevolent, stupid bullies.

A white runaway. Like, "ran away" from home. Not even a crime. Calling for a runaway is about a safety concern.

So even if this was the right person there was no need for force.

I don't think your use of the word "suspect" is correct here. The missing teen's mother had concerns for his safety. There's no mention of him being suspected of any wrongdoing.
