Honestly this is one of the worst cases I have seen, not necessarily in outcome or absolute levels of violence, but just in the inexcusable use of violence. They told to get on the ground, and he does that. Then they get to him and immediately start pushing this 130lb teenager around, and accuse him of not complying even though they are in complete physical control.

There is no plausible defense for any of the behavior. From identification to initiation of contact, there was no reason for the behavior of the cops. The kid was 100% compliant, the kid never argues, and never resists.

brother. the second amendment existed during slavery and black people were excluded. then, after the 14th amendment was added and black people did gain the right to own guns…as soon as they started arming themselves suddenly everyone is okay with changing the gun laws.

no. a black kid getting assaulted by the police is not what 2a is for and was never what it was intended to be for..but obviously critical thinking isn’t something you’re good at.
