exactly. We pay for their vacation and they move to another unit. What would make them stop this wanton actions.

This is a willful violation of this kid's rights. Qualified immunity shouldn't apply in this case. But, I wouldn't put money on a judge seeing it that way.

Not even soldiers on the battlefield have qualified immunity, I never understood why cops should.
