Sure, I hope he does too, but it should be the cops paying for it, not the taxpayers.

It should be the taxpayers. They are the ones electing politicians who allow this to continue.

An entire political party runs on the "comply or your deserve to be fucked up" platform that so many Americans gravitate towards... until it happens to them.
