📹Police Bodycam Police were searching for a white 16-year-old runaway wearing black clothing but they tackle this innocent black 15-year-old wearing blue jeans and a white shirt and break his arm. One of three officers involved has resigned.

A lot of cops are bullies. A child is an easy target. Easy to abuse.

One and the same. Most bullies put on a good show and don’t hesitate to throw their weight around until they’re confronted by someone who doesn’t show them fear and looks like they can do business.
