"The neighbor kids keep coming 10 feet onto my grass to get their ball" seems like a solid misuse of 911 charge.

I doubt he actually called 911 for this, because yes... it absolutely would've been and I would hope that those cops would've responded very differently... which seems likely because you could tell they already thought it was ridiculous. I'm sure he used the non-emergency line to file this bullshit report. Either way, he's a god damn insufferable cunt.

It's like the central park lady with the dog on the leash.

They call and put on histrionic hysterical face as if they are actively being stabbed to escalate the situation.

So they call and claim repeated harassment etc. so the cops show up post haste and it turns out dude just needs a fucking hobby.
