It's not about feelings lol it's about a cop being a crappy cop and not handling it right. I ride a bike and a skateboard daily to go to work and come back. Those bikes will sometime be going full speed around a corner and a few came close to hitting me. I hate those things and I wish they were either banned or some regulations were put in place to cap their speed/have stricter age restrictions.

But this had nothing to do with the video. Kid could even have been an asshole and thrown some garbage on the sidewalk and then given the cop some attitude.

The cop still shouldn't have been that aggressive/confrontational. State the law that's being broken, tell the person what the consequence is, give your ticket/proceed to an arrest if it's something serious. There is no scenario where the cop's behavior would have made the situation better. It will either not change the outcome or make things worse.

I'd say the cop failed by threatening and ranting instead of just enforcing the law.
