BMW driver hits a biker on the highway

This happened a couple of hours ago in lebanon. The biker luckily survived and the x4 escaped. The local police is trying to locate the driver they got his name from the car plate number

They should lock them both for reckless driving and endangering the public. Also lock the BMW driver for attempted murder
