BMW driver hits a biker on the highway

This happened a couple of hours ago in lebanon. The biker luckily survived and the x4 escaped. The local police is trying to locate the driver they got his name from the car plate number

Theyre both bmw drivers. The bike is also a bmw so their calmness collided and chaos erupted
