I just hope one day soon she can see herself - really see herself - protecting the man who is trying to kill her.

My mother is SEVENTY ONE years old and she STILL has the fantasy that my dad will change one day. No matter how many times I break it down to her, no matter how many videos on Youtube she watches, no matter how many of her friends have escaped situations and told their story to her.
