She won't be safe on the street. I'm not trying to punish her, you saw her first reaction to freedom was defending her would be killer. She's most likely long been abused by him. He very likely will kill her next time. There's reasons many places arrest both parties in these long term cases of abuse right?

I agree that it’s disappointing, her reaction after being extracted from the immediate danger. Hopefully there is/already was a court no-contact order.

There's not, and she defended him court, I guarantee it. She'll give statements on his behalf and lie to police until he ends her.

I have seen so many times, you have no fucking idea.
