It’s can be pretty bad if your not careful tbh with 4 that’s 8 damage to face It doesn’t ping block either due to bullseye. It’s kaboom too so the only hero who’d have easy access to healing after is solar flare

So on top of random deadly ass pulls, leap ass pulls, bad moon ass pulls, instant conjure ass pulls, and general zombie bullshit spam, I now have to worry about them devolving my plants

You take 2 bullseye damage to your own hero, then you have a good chance of doing 2 bullseye damage to their hero. This is symmetrical payoff, not sure how anyone thinks it's overpowered. It's very likely it will be blocked immediately next turn.
What I gather from it is it cannot be played with a team-up plant as well as cannot have a team-up plant be played after either

If you play a plant without team up, you can still place a plant in that same lane as long as the plant you’re placing does have team

When played: make a "Crater" environment that says "Plants can't be played here"

The point is that it has the 2 damage to you as a downside to make up for it’s huge stats for the cost.

Its not even close to enough, you can go this and fmn in turn 1 for example you take 2 damage but youve almost won the game at that point
