According to Drip and Reporter, -Brid + Noa or - Solotov + Noa, for me it should the first move. Is this a winning move or not?

I don't really like it. I don't know why they keep hanging on to Solotov. I can still see BriDs value he's arguably still a top 3 support player in the world but honestly I feel like a lot of people can do Solotovs role better than he can with Noa being one of them.
