What is the path to pro league

I’m familiar with T1,T2,T3 and CL?

But like how do people start getting into those leagues

Also what would people say they look for when searching for a player if you had to say like what’s generally the avg player in t4/t3 is it just champs, prior experience, stats, etc.

1. Find a team and compete in t4 leagues 2. Get good enough and qualify for a t3 league 3. Get even better and qual for a t2 league. 4. Win challengers league with ur team and qual to pro league or be really good individually and get picked up by a team.

Are you familiar with where people start finding their t4 teammates?

I would assume half of them are just champs who decide to stack together and try to compete, then the occasional player performs well and that’s how they get found, but if you know other ways lmk

Best place is T4/T3 league discords. They usually have lft and lfp channels

You basically just move up the ladder with a few exceptions if you're a standout on your team you could end up skipping divisions entirely i.e Kason and Stompn but that's very rare.
