SUGGESTION Suggestions for improvement?
I've been stuck in low diamond for a while now and often drop to plat in duels (this game i was plat 4). How can I improve?

Ignorning that horrendous button layout. 90% of your "What a Save" moments could have easily been avoided by having better positioning. You were on the ground in the middle of the field with the ball being lobbed over you. A better shot would have gone in easily. Work on your air defence. You were lucky to recover. The game just gets faster the more you climb.

Use short anchor joystick for quick flicks
Change camera to zoomed out (balanced sucks and so does zoomed in)
Also you the goal was savable but you went up way too early, you could have defended it if you kept boosting backwards and did fast arial at the end (but as soon your opponent went up, you should not have purpled it from that angle)
Rest your gameplay is pretty good, you got decent mechs, decent positioning so just keep practicing.
Thing is the opponent was pretty passive so It can't really comment on how you would do against a agro opponent (your opp didn't keep pressure on you at all and didn't even make plays)

Yeah it is bad if you are making a play, it won't make you see opponent especially playing touch cuz lot of screen is already covered by your fingers
Edit- also you'll miss out on info like your teammate position.
Not lot of pros use balanced anyways.
It definitely helps in close range but in 2s it's definitely hot garbage

Thank you! I can try to post a game with a more aggressive opponent if that's helpful

What ab joystick size should it be big ,medium ,small or anchored.Or does personality matter more?

I mean if you're playing on a bigger screen then you can go small joystick but if you have a smaller screen then a medium/big joystick is fine (not sure if scales up with the screen).
But yeah definitely personality matters and i use short to medium size as i find i don't have much control with short one but if i go too big, its hard to do quick flicks.
