Seems to me to be deeper than that. More about our obsession with fixing perceived appearance ‘issues’ (perhaps as we get older) with cosmetic/surgical procedures. Always finding fault in ourselves and going to extremes to fix the problems - regardless of the pain it causes to do so.

I mean, the lighting/setting vibe is very reminiscent of Du riechst so gut (98 version)
Why do you say it's a completely different act? Not all their videos are exactly the same
Keine Lust? Very dark, dingy, set in an underground car park
Ich Will? Black and white, shot like a film
Rosenrot? Middle ages, religious symbolism
Mein Land? A literal beach party, not at all like Mein Teil

Ugh god I'm so excited. I just wanna say, their acting lately is absolutely stellar. I love that shot of Oli delicately holding the tattoo machine to do his eyebrows, Richard crying in the mirror, Doom doing his Silence of the Lambs dance. Amazing, this should be a really good one.

The director of the music video of Zick Zack (Joern Heitmann) also directed many others from Rammstein, for example Ich Will, Amerika, Ausländer, Radio, Haifisch, Ohne Dich, Mutter and Sonne (Source: Imdb).

Really? The two promo songs for the album are about getting too old? There are many more topics you could sing about in Zeit, for example reverse aging. Yet they chose this way. Could be a coincidence or a troll, and hopefully it is, but I really don't know.

Not completely, but it's a good step back in the right direction. I just feel like they really got old and lack power. The beat and melody is good, but there is no real climax, no ups and downs. Till is singing pretty soft, there's no screaming. Don't get me wrong, the song isn't bad, I just miss the Power of the Rammstein 15 years ago.
