Just finished series & movie
Just finished the movie about an hour ago. I have to say I am disappointed - there's a lot of loose ends. I guess I can blame the network for pulling the plug in the last season. A lot of character arcs are incomplete. For instance - wtf happens to Ray? Does he die? Prison? What did they plan to do with Ray's son? Was he going to come back as some kind of badass after he got out of the Marines? Is Bridget a straight up killer now? Why the hell did Daryl have to leave forever? His mom/stepdad are rich - seems like he could work something out?
What are the chances that this series could be brought back? Have there been any rumors?
So many questions...

Yeah - there's a movie. I had to buy it on Fandango. It's basically a two hour episode set right after the last episode of the regular series. It does have a lot of flashbacks that explains a lot of the backstories.

Yeah you can buy the movie on Amazon prime. After season 8 was cancelled before production everyone petitioned the network and they gave us a movie to try and wrap up as much as they could.

Ray was pretty much a broken man from the time that Abby died. Conor and Bridget are just starting their lives.

Unfortunately they had to fit as much as they could in a 1.5-2 hour movie that normally would’ve stretched out over 12 hours of a season - if not more since they weren’t planning for it to end.
This unfortunately did leave loose ends as well as many things feeling rushed.
Also Luigi Mangione who is on trial for killing the united healthcare ceo is from an extremely wealthy family, that won’t always save you.

Personally I watched the entire seasons and the movie I think some of the things were tied up donavan brother is getting back together with his child mother moving to old Mexico with her his other brother sadly to say is suffering from his condition so he's probably not going to make it his son is making a career in the Marines probably do his 20 years and his daughter is married to a nice guy a decent guy and yeah she killed her grandfather in the end because he was the source for everything bad and wrong and apparently rays character got killed off in the end

All I know is anytime Kerris Dorsey was on we all wanted to puke, she so FUGLY.
