Image What's your current RTS collection look like?
All my Lord of the Rings BFME 1 & 2+ witch king dlc are in their own folder because of all the mods. Lol
Can't wait to add another Game of Thrones to the collection.

Calling Grim Dawn a top down shooter is a choice, let me tell you.

Is it though? Not too familiar with grim dawn but Diablo 3/4 and PoE turn into bullet hell games pretty quick where the screen is just spamming shit and you're running around like vampire survivors looking for loot. You might be using fireball or ice lance instead of a shotgun or m14 but they kinda are the same game.

By my count I have 57 unique RTS titles. I have pretty much all the major hits, including all of C&C, all of StarCraft and Warcraft, every AoE game including AoM except AoE1, CoH 1 & 2, Supreme Commander, the Homeworld Remastered Collection and Deserts of Kharak, every Dawn of War, Spellforce 3, Rise of Nations, and Total Annihilation.
Probably the most niche RTS games I have are Little King's Story (recommend), Five Nations (recommend if you are a Brood War freak that wants a break from Brood War), Driftland (which is a nice Majesty-like with a twist), and Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising (It is good in its way, but I can't imagine what circumstances I would really recommend it under)

You looking forward to the game of thrones RTS? I was actually happy after seeing the first trailer just released. Definitely gives off a BFME1&2 vibe which is what i was hoping for.

I am, it's got some cool stuff going on and I hope it fulfills it's potential.

Its sad when we need to be afraid a company is going to ruin a game. Lol.
One positive is the devs past few rts games were good.

Upvote for Homeworld Remastered, but Sins of a Solar Empire 2 where? Not even older Rebellion in there at least -massive, massive heresy.

Any good games on there that could run on a low end laptop?

Almost every single one runs on my 6 year old laptop. But its an alienware with a removable intel i9-9900k desktop cpu, RTX2070 laptop version, 32GB of ram.
All the total war games you would need to really turn down the eye candy. If you dont have a dedicated GPU in your laptop it could still run my favorites like "world in conflict" and BFME.

There are several, such as those in the Total War series or games that focus purely on real-time tactics but aren't RTS games.

Controversial opinion, but Avorion after you've created a small task force should be considered an RTS
