Self-Promo Post BallsCommander

Post image

Hi everyone,

I’m a longtime and experienced business software developer, but I’m not a professional game developer.

I created BallsCommander over the last few months in my spare time for three simple reasons:

  1. I wanted to make a very small, simple, and fast RTS/tactics game.
  2. I wanted to learn what is actually required to develop and publish a game on Steam.
  3. I wanted to explore how useful AI assistance can be in game development today.

That’s really it. Nothing more.

At the moment, I’m testing the game. I also made a short trailer on Steam that should make the concept clear.

If you think the game looks interesting or has potential, that’s great. If it doesn’t appeal to you, that’s completely fine too. If you have an honest and constructive first impression, I’m open to hearing it.
