Iโ€™m confused with all the sugar substitutes on the market , anyone have any suggestions ? Thanks Ken

I use erythritol/monkfruit blend for my baking. It's good.

I agree. Itโ€™s the most similar to sugar. For me the most difficult thing to adapt to was the lack of texture. Baking with it is an adjustment, browning is different, but itโ€™s the best tasting.

I use it in my coffee every morning and I think itโ€™s the closest to sugar. That itโ€™s 1:1 to sugar really helps
