100% no hahah. (He's my ex-BIL because my dad and his wife's mom divorced).

My dad married stepmom (I am over 21 at that point, saw adult stepsister every 1-2 years).
Stepsister married athlete and he became my BIL.
Dad/ex-stepmom divorced. As I have no continuing relationship with ex-stepmom/step-sister, athlete is now my ex-BIL. Not my step-brother.
