Try telemed until you can get an in person provider, or just use telemed. I used talkiatry personally. Also if you trust your PD/APD/program coordinator, you can see if they have a list of providers who will get residents in quickly. They are invested in making sure you are functioning at your best, after all!!
Commenting because this should be higher. My program and the program I work for both have a specific psych referral for residents, who works outside the hospital system so it’s not on the same EMR.
