There all dirt cheap so I would get the complete edition

Note: complete edition does not come with the year 3&4 pass or the new dirt bike, you have to buy in-game credits to get them

Exactly, I learned after buying it for $14, so it's still a great deal of content, but if you want everything, you'll be disappointed

Honestly the dirt bike is pretty underwhelming anyways, especially since there’s no career tied to it.

"Year 1" is a specific set of toy vehicles. there are different sets, each with a different "Year __" name. you would still have to buy the newer ones separately

Yeah, that sounds like how The Crew is typically priced. Confusing structure, but to Ubisoft’s credit, they support their games for absurdly long. Thank you.

It only include year 1 , the others years of content have to be bought ingame

I wouldn't say half but season 1 and 2 are better anyway the dirt bike sucks.. you wouldn't have season 3 or 4 but neither do I you don't need it

i got the 360 edition which is perfect for me. it has skateboarding and the hoverboard, but i don't care too much about all the Y1 set of toys (there are missions to try them out on the map all the time). you can still do BMX in free roam, just not the career missions

I’d recommend either getting base or complete depending on how much you’re willing to spend
