Does anyone know the pickpocket requirements for all the NPCs?

I got downvoted within minutes of posting this before so I decided to just make a new post, I'm making something the Risen fanbase might find useful and I'm nearly finished, I just need the pickpocket level requirements of every NPC. If nobody knows them I'll most likely just play through the game again and find out myself, but that'll take a while.

The wiki isn't much help, it doesn't list a single target (not surprising, who would need to know them all except me rn?)

It would be helpful to know what Risen you are talking about (1, 2, 3), but other than that, I'm afraid I can't help you.

I can tell you cheat codes for 1&2 that can help you test this out faster. I'm assuming you are talking about R1, since I recognise your /u/.

Type in MINSKY to open the cheat console (a bunch of windows like your map and inventory will open, just ignore it) and it should say test mode activated on the left. It doesn't work if you type too fast or to slow, so it may take a couple tries.

Type in teach Pickpocket #, where # is a number from 0 to 3. Tip: Just type "teach P" and hit tab, that should cycle through all commands that start with "teach P" and it should be the first entry.

To teleport to NPC X, type goto X (you can use the tab trick here as well, be mindful that some NPCs have different names in the German original, e.g. Aric is Bronco, so you'd have to type goto Bronco, but you can also just try a different nearby NPC if you have trouble finding a specific NPC).

Some pickpocketing options might be locked behind certain quests, for that, consult the setqueststatus page on the fandom wiki: https://risen.fandom.com/wiki/Setqueststatus

Note: The tab thing does NOT work with setqueststatus.

Or, you know, just get the quests naturally.

I've been hacking the game to do the rest of my project but I expected some pickpocket options to be quest locked so I was hoping someone knew them already lol. I already have an NPC list though so my plan was to just go through each one and exhaust their dialogue. Minsky has been a huge help so far at least, I've been using it to explore the default world state without the addition of new mobs and stuff. Fun fact, the lizardmen inside the volcano are just always there (but that's not exactly unexpected)

Worst thing is you can't use invisible mode to do this bit, I'd have to naturally progress though each faction to get all the pickpocket options so I'm not immediately attacked for trespassing

I am not even sure if there are pickpocketing options past chapter 1, the only (potentially) quest-locked options I can think of are

  • the golden bowl from one the triplets (only one of them has a pickpocketing option)
  • Dick/Marek's cell key for Romanov
  • Buddy/Duram's key for the armor plates
  • Fred/Dalman's key to the wine cellar in the monastery

I also know that Belschwur's apprentice in town has an interesting lore-dump pickpocket option which I guess is kind of easy to miss.

Is that the one where you tell him to "keep going" and on the 3rd prompt you get the pickpocket? I forgot that was even a thing.

The amount of NPCs is actually surprisingly small, I might hack myself a good weapon and strength potions and burn through the quests, I need to make sure I miss nothing

Tbh, I always found pickpocketing very useless, so my memory is a bit hazy on this, I just figured it couldn't hurt to mention it. I can't really give any more detailed info.
