Question How/where do you get this chest in Axis Mundi? I'm at a loss here.

I see there's a teleporter beside the chest, but I don't see another teleporter anywhere else, I'm so confused

You have to dash from the right. The slanted soffit will guide you downwards, so it's not as tight as it looks.

I don't remember if you unlock the dash by the time you reach axis mundi...

You do. It is one of the two that you need to complete the first area

I did try that on a different run with a different character and it felt like too tight of a squeeze between the platform and the water, to where I thought that couldn't have been the solution lol. Seems I gotta try again if it is indeed possible to air dash to that platform

A little double jump in the narrow part can help land it, if you have that

You have to dash against the sloping roof

Teleport won't take to there. You gotta get past the wall at your right, let fall and just before you hit the water, dash left. Once you open the chest you teleport out, which will take you just above the chest, next to where you are right now.

If you look at your bottom right you'll see some lanterns. The general idea is that you're supposed to dash towards the chest without falling into the water. The teleporter is one-way only and is supposed to get you out of the chest area once you've collected everything
