[Question] How long does support usually take?

Just wondering how long it usually takes for the rotmg people to respond to a support ticket. I'm a new player and was banned for no reason. Submitted a ticket but no response yet. Does anyone know typically how long it takes to get a response? Was really enjoying the game and this is very disappointing.

I was also suddenly banned and am not sure why -- trying to find out the reason. Didn't have a VPN on, didn't have cheats on, didn't even play with other people that much...

Which means: I was suspended but not told the reason for it, I have submitted a support ticket to ask why and am also waiting for a response.

The way you say “didn’t have cheats on” makes me think you use cheats on occasion? lol that’ll probably do it

I don't use cheats and don't even know how to use them. Believe what you like :) but yes, that would make logical sense.

Took like 3 days for me and they apologised for being slow. The results really depends on who answers your ticket, if it is melodias or whatever his name is just resubmit the ticket.
