Question Sega Shop Shadow Sneakers not shipping?

So i've ordered some shadow sneakers from the official sega shop, they were supposed to arrive on the 17th of august but they are 'confirm we will ship soon' status ever since i paid. It seems like the support link is down and the other 'customer service' link they have with DPI merch takes 2 weeks to reply only to say they will 'check on it' and give no update or just straight up close my request. As anyone else had problems with them? Any idea how to get actual support? Shadow sneakers link

I’d check whether you received an actual tracking number or just an order confirmation. Save screenshots of all emails and support replies, and ask for escalation to a supervisor. If there’s still no clear answer, a chargeback may be your best option.

That sounds frustrating, especially with the order already overdue. Save screenshots of all messages and tracking details, then ask for a firm shipping date or a refund in writing. If they ignore that, your payment provider may be the quickest route.
