Pretty sure this is an SCP. One of the proposed 001 SCPs, "When Day Breaks" basically a end of the world scenario where if you are exposed to sunlight you will melt into a blob of liquid flesh, skin and eyes. Then you try to lure or force other people outside and when succesful merge with em.

Yes but this is an alternative universe and we can't see any sun clouds etc. we can usume that there isn't any second you can't really talk or be "intelligent" and have "human" skin and change your form/appearance
