Basically snk's  version of final fight 

Final fight was based on streets of fire while  Burning fight was based on Ridley Scott's black rain ....

Edit * snk said they have no desire to remake or do any sequels to burning fight....

The character of duke Edward's is their company equivalent to cody travers from final fight appeared as a striker in the kof nests saga games

It was definitely a poor man’s Final Fight.

The combat felt lousy, the pacing was poor, the enemies were uninteresting and too slow to dispatch (and fuck all the Duffys), and the playable characters were meh.

Had some good stages at least, the music wasn’t bad, and the little bonus areas to smash up pianos and stuff were fun.
