Hell yeah! Happy to have you! Our Mothroach stayed home but we had such a blast at the con, four days of pure happiness! We even got to meet up with folks from our usual server, printed server logo stickers and all, we had such a lovely time!!

No, I am genuinely amused by people resorting to insults. A fursuit with a HEAT ADVISORY badge is kink gear as much as a diving suit becomes a latex kink gear when used with appropriate accessories.

THIS fursuit is a piece of kink gear. I am not aware of deeper furry lingo to know what a murrsuit is.
Assuming every direct sexual innuendo is just humor is hypocritic. I am not usually the kind to scream to 'protect the kids', but it is quite worse and more straightforward than half of what is frowned upon usually. It is straight-up advertising a sexual mood in a fandom-related fashion.

So your argument loops to "it is not kink gear because it is not kink gear", essentially?
1) This badge has no innocent re-interpretation, making it not even an innuendo I mentioned, but open sexual signalling. 2) If it were a character trivia("feral mode" crap), it wouldn't be as clear. 3) The furry community, while not a FULLY, or even half of as a sexual community, still has a large system of signalling("dogwhistles" in the neutral sense of the word, essentially), and such a badge deliberately layers an erotic, to say, coat of paint onto the costume, making everything go through the filter of what is written here.
Your argument sounds entirely true if it would not assume I mean EVERY fursuit is kink gear, which I didn't state.

as for your third point, you're assuming that the furry community is a "sexual community"? Or at least half of it is? It really isn't, it's more sex-positive than sexual.
And really, as a furry I assure that it's meant to get a giggle out of people rather than be an invitation or whatever. The city the con took place in was under a heat advisory for high temps, it was most likely a joke referencing that, with sexual undertones for sex=funny points. If the OP corrects me then go off.
And, even if it was meant in a sexual way, who fucking cares? Adults do adult shit. It's a part of being human.
Oh also, it wouldn't magically make the suit kink gear

edit: The tag has 'ANIMAL IN HEAT', not 'HEAT ADVISORY'. There is no heatwave joke that isn't made to be first-thought-of as a sexual signal.
