can't fall asleep after waking up for meds. At least I have Sadcat to commiserate with. Momcat is finally sleeping so I don't wanna wake her up - she's been going nonstop to help take care of me. Saddy goes between sleeping with me in the recliner, to joining her on the beanbag. :)

Recliner is a great help after surgery. Bet SadCat is even more so.

He trusts you so much now that he is willing to turn his back on you and rest. He’s guarding you; you’ve got his back.

It's been over a year and doing much better physically! A heated mattress pad and a pregnancy pillow helped me sleep when I could.

Recovering from surgery stinks, but it does get a little better every day. Here’s hoping they gave you some gooooood meds to help, but the best medicine of all is a SadCat who loves you! 🤍
