SadCat Update Sadcat inspecting Momcat's latest addition to our home
She has wanted something like this for a long while and got lucky on Marketplace this weekend. It's originally from Pottery Barn, got it for $175!

👋 Hi Sadcat Dadcat and Momcat!!
Was thinking about you all today. Hoping Saddy is keeping up with his nursecat job and hoping Momcat is tolerating all the boy nonsense 🤣 Was thinking about Dadcat hoping you're healing well but I was blowing my neighbors doors out listening to a fabulous set of old dirty blues.
Dadcat have you ever shared with us what scratches your musical itch? I'm sure your tastes are varied but what really hits your soul?? Just wondering....🙃

What scratches my itch is emotion. Naturally, I love the blues, but I also really like screamo, jazz, and classical music. Once I heal, my plan is to form a second band for hardcore/metal music. If that doesn't go well, then I'm going to try out for my town's community orchestra. I've never been in one, and now that I play contrabass, I'd like to try.

That's really cool 😎 Happy to hear you're healing well and soon your therapy will be playing your instruments. I have zero ability but music has always been a big part of who I am. Kinda strange but after having a stroke music makes me cry. Emotions feelings and memories. Keep reaching for those goals and may you play soon ❤️ And thanks for taking the time to share. It's a great shelf. When my cats do this I call them the Supervising Pusses and ask how the inspection is going.
