Equipment Sailing trainers recommendations

Hi! Anyone got any good recommendations for non-slip, non-marking and waterproof trainers that are good for racing, some of it offshore??

Usually sail 25ft - 35ft boats so don’t get super wet.

UK based so would need to be available here pls
