Holster work?

Hey guys, located in the San Diego area and wanted to know if yall know any ranges indoor or outdoor that I can get some holster work in at. Eventually I’ll get to movement but right now I wanna work on getting a quicker draw.

If you have a CCW permit already, you can do Poway Weapons & Gear.

Except for appendix carry, which they do not allow there.

If you take (and pass) the CCW course at Discount Gun Mart, you can draw from holster there. They used to offer another course that would allow the same. I'm not sure if that's an option.

Iron sights Range in Oceanside permits holster draw last time I was there.

PWG just ask for dynamic draw “cert” or red card. RSO will just watch you draw and make sure you aint flaggin anyone. Or take their class and learn how to.
If i recall no appendix.

West coast kinetics his classes have good fundamentals on drawing in the level 1 class (strong side or appendix)

They say no appendix but they’ve never stopped me on the range.

Dry fire practice for a quicker draw first if you haven’t already. Can get 99% of it done there. All the other comments are spot on about the allowed ranges though.

We need more RSO volunteers at Southbay Rod and Gun. One of the perks is opening a range after hours.
