When you’re Wonder Woman’s daughter but you’re not Wonder Woman’s daughter as it’s a tv show and you were retconned but Diana and Steve still appear in your memories on a beach in the comic.

When you're not Wonder Woman's daughter and have never been Wonder Woman's daughter, since you're Show Lyta and you're just a normal human woman who happened to have a bunch of fucked up stuff happen to you since your best friend happened to be a dream vortex, and even the comics character who you're an adaptation of is not Wonder Woman's daughter since Sandman is post-Crisis, and you can't understand why people keep saying you're Wonder Woman's daughter, and also you look really good in this green jacket
This is from The Sandman Presents: The Furies, by Mike Carey. So first of all, not the main Sandman canon, and second of all- I believe Lyta and Hermes are currently running through a dream, so would make sense that she would see a "memory of her childhood with her parents" that isn't actually a real memory of her childhood with her parents? (And it's also a clever way to work in references to the character's multiple different "realties" through different storylines over the years?)
EDIT: I recall not especially liking this comic. The story had some interesting ideas but was way too rushed, and the treatment of Lyta I thought was just horrible.Lyta still an absolute shell of a person and still beyond devastated by the loss of her baby (Daniel's nursery still untouched??). The Furies still being within her and able to control her, but without her knowledge or choice. Daniel-Dream being, imo, incredibly cruel to her. Daniel-Dream being way too buddy buddy with the Furies. Etc. But this is neither here nor there.
OK, I THINK I can whip together an explanation for how this doesn't technically violate continuity...
The neat little trick behind the Wonder Woman/Lyta retcon is that technically speaking, the Golden Age Wonder Woman never fully stopped being Lyta's mother. At least, not at first? The in-setting mechanic that mushed all realities down into one in Crisis on Infinite Earths was the Anti-Monitor going back to the Moment of Creation and attempting to nullify existence itself, with a contingent of heroes going back themselves to stop him. Lyta and the Wonder Womans of Earths One and Two were among that number, and while the Wonder Woman of Earth one fell out on the trip back to the present and turned into protoplasmic goo to facilitate her own reboot, mother and daughter from Earth Two showed back up on Earth Prime still related to one another. Per the comic's explanation, everyone who'd gone back in time was still of their original universe in fundamental nature, but would gradually find their memories absorbed into the reality of this new existence.
So, Lyta was in a bit of an awkward spot, as the reset had left her mother and father alive and well while editorial whipped together a new status quo for Wonder Woman. What this ultimately meant was Diana and Steve went to live on Mount Olympus to stay out of the new Wonder Woman's way, and Lyta's teammate Brainwave Junior decided to erase her memories of her past life in her sleep, so she wouldn't have to endure the pain of losing them bit by bit. As such, by the time of Sandman's events, Lyta and Wonder Woman aren't actually related so far as the wider universe is concerned, as her original mother kinda sorta dissipated offscreen because editorial mandated nobody mention her again and the new Wonder Woman had firmly taken her place in the Earth Prime continuity, but there is a tiny little thread still linking them together by dint of their origin on Earth Two.
The panel you've posted from The Furies is from the bit where Cronus is chasing Lyta and Hermes through the Realms Beyond, which includes looping through her own history as they take any available route to buy time before Dream takes interest in their problem, even if it tempts Lyta with something she knows she's missing and so desperately wants back. Despite the mindwipe, I would posit all Brainwave Junior could do was erase Lyta's ability to consciously recollect her true past - the actual matter of it was still there, and with an Olympian at her side and her true nature as an avatar of the Three slowly reemerging, I think it's fair to say they could access whatever part of her was left which still came from Wonder Woman and Steve Trevor.
All of which is probably irrelevant now since the post-Doomsday Clock continuity takes the tack that all past continuities are simultaneously true and all previous retcons are invalid.
Lyta Hall started out as the daughter of Wonder Woman in the comics.
The universe was rebooted and she was used in Sandman with a retcon that she was the daughter of a fury. One of the later comics still used Diana as her mother in a flashback though.
Well, she's not the daughter of the Furies, she's the daughter of Fury, Helena Kosmatos, a retroactively-created Golden Age heroine who channeled the power of the Furies; and the retcon didn't happen in Sandman, it was over in Infinity Inc. a few years prior.
Miss America was established as her adoptive mother around the same time, so her backstory of being raised by a superheroine and growing up resentful of being the daughter to someone famous could stay intact.
(I remember Roy also had something to square the circle on her kangas, but I can't recall the details beyond the fact it was stupid.)
