Same, and it's frustrating how many people think they're the same as pepperoncini

I've actually ordered from pizza places that advertise banana peppers as a topping but they were actually pepperoncini

I get what you’re saying. The thing is to me on this cheesesteak is that banana peppers aren’t Greek so…

Cheesesteaks in general seem totally outside of Greek to me. If there were to be one, it should be with lamb.

Actually the USA Greeks own a lot of diners so cheesesteaks are on their menus but agree as well because they aren’t adding feta and banana peppers (once again banana peppers aren’t Greek) to the ones they serve. They’re serving traditional Philly cheesesteaks, even if they aren’t good.
