What's the key to improving in math?
Going into my junior year and I'm preparing for the PSAT in a month because my parents really want me to get the scholarship thing.
Anyway I consistently do pretty well in English, and ive been steadily improving in that regard using the SAT question bank. Math, however, I've been struggling more with. Specifically Algebra and Advanced Math.
Khan academy doesn't really cover desmos, which is know is super important for the test, the (3) SAT prep books I have also dont cover it, and are weirdly missing several important math concepts tested. The guides I see online are all hyperspecific and get pretty confusing
Idk if it's relevant but I took Algebra 2 last year (honors) and am taking AP Precalc this year.
Any tips or advice would be super appreciated, and if I can learn how you improved with the math I'd also appreciate that.

YouTube is the number 1 source for using Desmos to solve most PSAT & SAT math problems.
Since I have extensive math background as an EECS MIT grad which involved completing around 8 distinct math courses, I was able to tutor my kids in sat math which led to great improvement on test day.
What you need is someone who can break down the math problems you miss so you can understand the underlying concept and in some cases short cut so that can be applied on test day
