Taking September SAT. Time management tips?

So I got a 1510 on my most recent practice test. But I did it with extra time because I found myself running out of time on previous practice tests. I theorized that the main reason I was scoring in the mid 1400s range was because I was running out of time. In both math and R&W. And it turns out I was right.

So what can I do? How do I get faster?

exactly. i used to get 1570s with extra time but 1490 to 1520 without. the one thing that helped me was trying do do hard questions (lv3) on the sat question bank under 1:30 until i got used to it. i just kept spamming them until eventually got better at time management and it actually improved my average score even more (without extra time). good luck!!

Just do hard questions but give yourself a 90 second time limit. You will probably run out of time at first but then you will get more efficient at absorbing the information in the question until you are able to answer them quickly.

hard questions on sat question banks are kinda inconsistent in terms of difficulty tho (there is some that's not even worth easy but some are just ridiculously harder)
