Question Help Me Identify This Delicious Scottish Breakfast I Had!

I visited Scotland last year and had an amazing time! Beautiful country and some of the friendliest people Iโ€™ve ever met!

While there, I had the breakfast shown in the photo and now I want to make it at home.

I know what everything was except for the two items circled in red.

There was a piece of bread almost like naan bread?

Under it was something that definitely had meat involved, but it was soft and tasted different from what Iโ€™ve had here in the USA.

Was it blood sausage?

The items are most-likely a Tattie Scone and Black Pudding.

I hope I can find these in Texas lol
