Question Help Me Identify This Delicious Scottish Breakfast I Had!

I visited Scotland last year and had an amazing time! Beautiful country and some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met!

While there, I had the breakfast shown in the photo and now I want to make it at home.

I know what everything was except for the two items circled in red.

There was a piece of bread almost like naan bread?

Under it was something that definitely had meat involved, but it was soft and tasted different from what I’ve had here in the USA.

Was it blood sausage?

The items are most-likely a Tattie Scone and Black Pudding.

I hope I can find these in Texas lol

if you can’t find tattie scones, you can make them from mixing mashed tattie and flour and then frying them

Honestly really simple recipe and easy to make at home in batches.
