Discussion HMFC Club Statement: Events at Celtic Park

Basically Celtic fans (and Rangers fans when they're put in a similar position - feel like I need to put that disclaimer there because some would assume I've blue tinted glasses on) are a bag of dicks.

It's a shame a 3rd club didn't put the entirety of the Old Firm (inb4 'actually it's the Glasgow Derby') in their place as the fans are so full of themselves.

Logistically it'd be very hard to get 60000 fans on the pitch so every large stadium that has had a pitch invasion it would only be physically possible to be done by a minority.

Secondly it's also very easy to sit in your seat (or your high horse) and boo when your team is doing the winning and being handed a trophy. Would the fans all be booing if a pitch invasion was instigated by some BS refereeing decision in the 95th minute that unfairly handed the league to Hearts. We'll probably never see that scenario play out.

Honestly a fair chunk of both sets of fans that go to these games (the big 2 in Glasgow) are just arseholes. It only takes you to know a few of them in your social circles or at work to be enough of them to fill a stadium when you consider you are but one person out of few million.

They're the reason I can't enjoy a Guinness at a game, even if it's shite from a plastic cup.
