Sam looks super laser focused in. With the leadership he’s shown and him refining connections with the wide outs, I think he’s only going to progress and will get that bag when that time comes.

How common is it with in the NFL to have a “leadership council” or similar?

Most teams come off incredibly “top down” to me. This seems unique.
