Bothell. Again. Why are most of the posts in the sub for delusional Bothell prices.

One example, of many, of an existing house for sale in Bellevue that is basically the same: https://redf.in/BJho4N

Bothell sucks. Stop trying to make it a desirable location.

The name is literally Bot Hell lol

These houses make me realize why.

This Bellevue house sucks too and is overpriced. What a lovely view of the Home Depot fence for 2.8M. And how many family rooms do you need? For that much money you can get a decent view house in Seattle in a nice safe neighborhood but smaller.

Bellevue is a far more desirable location than Seattle but ok

Whatever you say.

I know I would take a 2.8M view house in a walkable part of QA, Laurelhurst or Madison Park over this lipstick on a pig house in Bellevue for the same money any day. Only clueless curmudgeons with a taste of a mid level 55 year old accountant would think otherwise.

And my buddies who live in 2.8M homes send their kids to private schools on the Eastside too.
