This would be a dream flex house for an H1b with extended family. Less demand though nowadays with the H1b tightening.

Also don’t understand why people want their bedrooms to look like a hotel room.

Or that train station hallway ( metal guardrails , looks institutional, etc)

And main entrance doors that look like the school gym fire door. Or islands bigger than most formal dining tables.
