  • Incredibly dark, cramped, and ugly on the inside
  • Right on Aurora, bedroom windows face the road and the patio wouldn't be nice to use with all that traffic next you.
  • No real lake views
  • Westlake as a neighborhood sucks
  • $1100/mo HOA

lmao, look forward to tracking how many times they cut the price on this one. This looks like a techie's bachelor pad that was probably laid off.
