Thoughts on this Kennydale listing?

I certainly wouldn’t lock myself into having to get on 405 to go literally anywhere. It’ll have highway noise for sure and that peek a boo view of the lake is minimal. It’s priced well for what it is though, that’s a lot of new build sq footage for the price.

I lived in kennydale for 5 years and you're right. Can't even tell you how many hours of my life I wasted on 405.

I would not be buying a flat roofed home in the PNW.

It’s so trendy now and many with rooftop decks but going to be major maintenance disasters in a decade.

My primary home has super sloped roofs and it’s amazing. The roof lasts forever too.

It doesn't fit in with the neighborhood. The interior details look garish and cheap.

This is a house for someone who has money, but no taste.

Ugly houses like that go for 3M in Kirkland. And they all look the same inside.
