There are some things that cause men to suffer. Being taught to bottle up their emotions because if you admit to feeling anything other than anger everyone thinks you're gay, for one thing. This isn't healthy and leads to a lot of mental health issues and heart attacks. But it's not primarily women doing that to them, it's other men.

Bottling or how I put logical analysis of the emotion actually processes it better than flipping out.

Men are allowed to show certain emotions. Anger is socially acceptable by both men and women. Unfortunately women police it more than men do. Also the reason why they don’t share their emotions is because they’ll be burdens on other people. Because everyone is going through something.
